Five Palestinian prisoners incarcerated in Israeli jails for resisting its occupation have completed today 17 and 19 years behind bars, according to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
PPS said two prisoners from Tulkarem, who were identified as 41-year-old Ahmad Khaled Jayousi, and Bassam Abu Saqafeh; and are serving 35 lifetimes and in ten years, and nine lifetimes in
Israeli jails, respectively, have completed today 19 years behind bars.
PPS said that prisoner Anas Masalmeh from Hebron, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison, has also completed today 19 years behind bars.
Meanwhile, two prisoners from Hebron, completed today 17 years in Israeli jails. The two were identified as 44-year-old Ahmad Salah, who was sentenced to 21 lifetimes and 50 years in prison, and Helmi Abdel-Kareem Habash, who is serving 11 lifetimes in jail.
