Kai o Bergi song which was featured in Maria Ivanova Z.’s The Anger’s, is released on YouTube. This comes in parallel with the film’s screening at Carthage Film Festival, Tunisia. The song, which is performed by rising Lebanese-Brazilian star Luciana Zogbi, was screened for the first time to Tunisian audiences during one of the film’s screenings and was well-received. Furthermore, the film’s screenings in Carthage witnessed a massive turnout.

Luciana Zogbi is a Lebanese-Brazilian singer, composer and YouTuber. She came into the limelight for the first time in 2014 after releasing her cover song “All of Me” on YouTube. With a passion for music since childhood, she started her career with performing at bars and public events. Now Luciana’s voice attracts over 2 million subscribers from all around the globe.
In post-war Lebanon, Ida, a young Lebanese girl, flees her small village and her alcoholic mother and goes to the big city. There, she starts dating a European man not knowing what is in store for her.
The Anger is directed by Maria Ivanova Z., who co-wrote it with Olga Artemyeva, and stars Manal Issa, Aurélien Chaussade, Houssam Sabbah, and Julia Kassar. MAD Solutions handles the film’s distribution in the Arab region and world-wide.
Maria Ivanova Z. is a director, screenwriter and producer with over 16 years of experience in the film industry. She graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University. She is the CEO of the Scoop Production film company. Her filmography includes over 100 award-winning documentaries that took part in prestigious international festivals reaping awards. This includes “The Last One” or “Sonuncu”, “Muhamad”, “Fleeing the War” and “Village”. In 2021, Maria finished her debut feature “The Anger”. Currently, she is working on her film “I’m not Lakit”.
