Israeli High Court strikes down law permitting seizure of private Palestinian terrains

The Israeli High Court gave a choice the previous evening striking down the Settlements Regularization Law which had permit Israel to confiscate private Palestinian land in the West Bank and to "regularize" or "legitimize" the Israeli settlements based on it under Israeli local law.
